Hands down the worst business I have ever been associated with. I have been on different phone numbers and websites for three hours. Been on hold for almost 3 hours. Talked to one human being that put me on hold to never come back. I'm simply trying to order contacts. I can't believe how pathetic this is. How the heck this place has a single customer is beyond me. I wish I could give a -50 rating.

Went for an eye exam today and was very satisfied with my experience. I Haven't had an exam in about 20 years and their process was very easy and quick! Was in and out in about 35 minutes! All of the staff were very helpful and friendly as well. Can't wait to go pick up my glasses when they come in!

Dr. Z. Is. The. Sh*t. If you schedule an eye exam, hope that you get him! (Rest of the staff were lovely, as well! This is a good one. They made the whole experience easy. Can’t speak to other locations- this one is great mostly because of the staff. Take that however you will…) Also, robot-phone-lady is odd. Creepy. Though I guess it DID work pretty well and my appointment was made seamlessly…

I've tried to call them many times with no results. The only way I've found to get anything accomplished is to go there and talk.
Yes
I did my appointment by website but also walk ins are accepted it just may take longer due to not having an appointment.
On Medicare you get new glasses every 1 or 2 years..so 3? Definitely. And the eye exam for the glasses but not contacts that's a whole other thing. I just got 1 pair of glasses free and a second pair half off six months ago. I love em and they're really friendly and helpful there.
It's possible, you'd have to bring the frame in so the optician and lab tech can take a look at the frame to see if it's doable. If they're able to there just wouldn't be any warranty on the frame if it were to ever break. I would definitely bring it in to see if they can or not.
It varies. My insurance picked up most of it.
