Not happy. took in my cz/white gold tennis bracelet to have a simple solder fix. at pick up, they wanted to charge me $90.00. i questioned it & told him i know the business & that's only a $20.00 job at most. he argued with me. a few months later it broke again in the same spot. i took it somewhere else & only cost $12.00. (as it should) and....Harts didn't even know it was cz's & not real diamonds!!

Dear Michael, The price per ounce on Sterling Silver that we pay depends on what form the silver is in. The best thing to do is to bring it in for us to make an offer. The best days to bring it in is today Thursday Dec. 17, Saturday Dec. 19 or next week Monday through Thursday. Our holiday hours are 10am to 5pm weekdays and 10am to 4pm on Saturday.
