I get hair coloring products here because they always have what I want and need in stock. My hair is arctic fox frose pink to support my mom who has breast cancer, and to show my support to all other women who are battling this or know someone who is. You are all soldiers and awesome people, and I do this to support you all and hope you all get well. The store has amazing employees who are always so nice to me, and help me with everything. Customer service here deserves more than 5 stars because they give more than that to the customers.

Parking is terrible, The store is filthy. Staff are on their phones and seem bothered if you ask for assistance. The clincher was that after spending almost 30 minutes shopping and another 7 in line waiting to check out, I couldn’t use my $150 in points because the system was down. Unimpressed. Will order online to use my $150 then shopping elsewhere where my business might mean something.
