Called there service was told my insurance was excepted. Get to the office and they don't except it. What a waste of time

I was able to get in quickly to repair a broken tooth. Staff was poliite and informative. I felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Melnyk! The free initial exam was truly "comprehensive". I was given treatment options and costs. I did not feel pressured to go with any of the options, honestly and assured that if I chose to not continue on, my tooth would be fixed that day as stated and the cost would not be affected. I will definitely continue to use Aspen Dental.

MONEY HUNGRY!!! This company does not give one once of care for your health or well-being. I was FLAT OUT told by a MEMBER OF THE STAFF that my cleaning appointment needed to be rescheduled for a SECOND TIME because it was already replaced with another patients “more expensive treatment” that would gain the company MORE MONEY!!! I have had this appointment for 6 months!! Now I cannot get in until next spring??? FORGET IT!! This company is pushing patient appointments off for months in hopes that they DO develop gum disease and infection so that they can charge you for a more expensive treatment!!! My daughter is a hygienist and she told me to STAY AWAY!!! Aspen is about MONEY - NOT PEOPLE!!!

Had an appointment to see about getting upper dentures. The x ray tech asked me how much money I was looking to spend which instantly left a bad taste in my mouth. Why is the x ray tech concerned with how much money I’m spending? The dentist was pretty rude and arrogant like most are. He left without even saying goodbye or anything at all, he just walked out of the office and that was the last I saw of him. The overall atmosphere was just bad and I didn’t feel comfortable. The idea of getting dentures is terrifying enough, I refuse to get them done by an office full of people that don’t care.
