They take you right in if you have an appointment. They also take walk ins. The girls are great 👍 Shampoo and hot towels if wanted. Good prices and product. They do men woman and children. Give them a try. 😍 🦱🦰👱‍♂️🧔✂️💖

Called 45 minutes ahead of time and asked if I could make an appointment and the stylist said that I wouldn't need to make an appointment and that I could just come in. By the time I got there the lady at the desk asked if I had an appointment and I replied saying I was instructed not to make one. She then told me it'd be a 30-45 minute wait. Another woman came in and complained she called an hour ahead and was instructed not to make an appointment subsequent to the stylist telling her it was an hour wait. I had waited about 40 minute when I had decided to leave because 3 people were taken ahead of me and I was going to be late to work. I have gone to virtually all of the supercuts in the capital region and this is the first one I've had a problem with. Highly reccomend the one in Latham or literally any other one.
