I wanted to share that Will was our trainer last week and he was such a wonderful personality for our dogs. As a previous user, we needed to re-flag to get our new pups ready for life without a cage. His personality, guidance and reassurance was wonderful! I just learned Will will be with us on Thursday and I can't wait! A little zap and we're almost there. Thanks so much for all you do!

J White was our tech—quickly solved the issue we were having while also taking the time to answer questions and make sure all was good!

I have an Australian Shepherd and she is great with it

To remove the shunt from the collar, is it the plastic piece or the rubber piece that I take off?

Paul Obrien | Sep 29, 2019
Kurt Grage | Sep 29, 2019

They are both plastic. The oblong black plastic piece is a retaining strip and acts as a washer between the collar, the receiver and the two posts. Remove the smaller/thinner oblong piece (bluish or greenish - shunt) that looks like it has some electronic strips imbedded in it.
