Zack was amazing to work with in getting the apartment. Apartment size was ideal for the amount of people living with me. Move in process was made very easy. Unfortunately due to some circumstances, I only had the pleasure of living in the apartment for a month but Zack was understanding and allowed me to receive my last months and security if moved out by the 1st of the month. I wish everything would’ve worked out because compared to other 2 bedrooms I’ve seen, this one was by far the cheapest and convenient being that it was near most grocery stores, multiple gas stations and other amenities.

It's under new management but the issues have not been addressed, I'd look elsewhere for housing. Twin Rivers Terrace in athens is the best place for families if you are looking
