We absolutely loved the float trip but the lady that works at the office was super rude when I called as well as when we arrived . Watched her be super rude to children coming in and out as we were purchasing our trip . While purchasing she was informed my son would need a life jacket. Well we got there about an hour early and she said we could go park wait for the bus to pick us up and feel free to swim while waiting so we drove done there and my son wanted to get in . I told him to go ask her for the life jacket . So he did and she refused . I was almost mind blownbb she was refusing a child a life jacket . But other that that once away and on river it was great

Really great camp site. They have the full range of accommodations and the management is extremely helpful. I stayed there for a full year and had no issues. They host some great events throughout all seasons as well.

We stayed Friday-Sunday in a cabin. The cabin was suppose to have a jetted tub but the jets were broken and not working. The tub was extremely dirty when you filled it with water black debris floated out from the jets and were floating in the water it was so gross. Then the bathroom sink had a horrific smell coming from it we had to keep the bathroom door closed the entire time otherwise we would get a headache from the smell. The stove didn't work and was a fire hazard. When you touched it, it would throw sparks from the right front burner. All of these issues were reported to the front desk but we were informed nothing could be done about it until at least Monday. Then the haunted float event is not very entertaining in fact its very boring. There was only 3 actors in the water, 3 zombies in the zombie paintball (and they just stand there they never move ). There was one 1 person in the corn maze. For $75 a person for activities only is extremely over priced!

Not the best looking campgrounds around but the sites were level and most are pull through. Great place to park the RV as alot of touring destinations close. Didn't do the haunted creek as it was cursed with a drastic drop in temperature that night... But those that did enjoyed it and the haunted house.

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I bet they would love to help you out!
According to Ruby's web page, the youngest allowed is 4 years of age. 4-6 year old are also free of charge.
I would make one just to be safe. They can get a flood of people in and they make reservations a priority.
I believe it's $32/night for 2 people. $3 for each extra. (As per their website.) They are a Passport America campground, giving you 50% off though! (Please note they were still under construction 3 months ago. I do not know the progress made since then.)
