This was my first apartment and my experience in the beginning was nice. It went downhill from there. Our first apartment leaked water and mold began forming. When we reported this they said we could move apartments while they fixed this. Stating it would take over a month to fix all the problems. During this time they couldn’t get us into a new apartment for two months. When we finally moved they rented the apartment the next week. Our new apartment had new carpet. When we moved out a they charged us over $500 for new carpet due to pet damage. Which in the lease was covered by our pet deposit. When we tried to fight them they would hang up and not return our calls. I do not recommend this place.

This apartment has slow maintenance I spent a whole summer without AC and after my oven breaking it took a month for them to respond to my service request. The apartment also has a brown recluse problem and the office was less than helpful addressing this issue insisting "it's nature" and asked me "what do you expect, the apartment is next to a field".
