I set up an appointment and I dropped my car off on time they were ready for me and even before they were done cashing out they had me a Lyft Rider there waiting same thing on the way back the driver was here actually faster this time the next time it was 2 minutes the first time he picked me up it was 3 minutes. Very fast I had a recall and it was done by 1:00 probably and I dropped it off at 11:00 keep up the work guys

On August 6, 2022, my husband and I were car shopping in Utica, NY. In checking online, I saw that Don' s Ford carried used Jeeps, that might be of interest. James Hagadorn was the sales person that came out to assist us. James, patiently, showed us several models. I found him to be cordial, knowledgeable and efficient. We settled on a 2019 Cherokee, that afternoon. After picking up the car, I had several questions, at different times and James replied quickly, with a response. Ed the salesman was terrific!!! He helped my husband and I find the right Ford Explorer for our family!! He answered all of our questions. We love our new car!!
