bought some clearance items and chose 1 hour store pickup. waited almost 15 hours and headed over to try and pick up my items. once at the store, sales manager informed me that each of the three seperate items i had purchased were unavailable for pickup because they were "damaged during shipping" and that i should have received an email telling me this. the items weren't shipped to the store they were already there and i did get the email after i visited store...walked away feeling i was being treated dishonestly....anyway huge waste of time and fuel. less than pleasant shopping experience and wanted to make others aware. hope no-one else has this type of experience.

I rarely come to this place. I needed to scan some documents and the process was quite easy, however something was going on and their system was talking to long. I went to the area were you cand find an employee, yas!!! Social and communication exchange, finally I had the help from Kayla, she was very nice and crazy helpful. Got what I needed done and she made sure I had everything before leaving the store. Sometimes is more about the customer service than what you are actually getting.

I don't shop in store very often (in fact I try to avoid making the trip at all costs), but this Staples has the best customer service I've seen in any store. period. David the sales manager is awesome and his staff is super helpful. Keep up the good work! So impressed....
