Been on hold for over an hour and still on hold. The s place was highly recommend but I'm not sure. Can't even answer a phone call. Rather put you on hold then leave you on hold.

Very helpful for me. I feel that my stay helped me in more ways than one. The counselors are top notch, nursing was awesome, BHA’s have a lot to handle, and the kitchen staff kept us well fed, for sure! My expectations have certainly been met. My life is on a much better path!

Paitents Beware. Before I was even admitted during my Intake the admissions girl was talking down on another person being admitted to other staff while I was sitting there. When I saw the doctor the next day there was a lot of inaccurate information on my chart. She asked if I had brought an inhaler for asthma ( I did not bring any medicine, nor have I had asthma) as well as claiming I apparently did some weird research chemicals before saying it was a mistake and ripping papers off my chart. Detox here is the worst I have experience in my 15 years as an addict. They claim to use " evidence" based treatment but crush up medicine not meant to be crushed and their comfort meds are a joke. If you are considering this place for you or a loved one, expect to be miserable and to be treated poorly in detox as well. When asking at 2am what was available to help with the symptoms I was having, I was asked " well what are you looking for". It was said with an attitude as if I was attempting to score something from the nurse. If you try to leave they make you sign a 48 hour hold and then try to stall you so that maybe you won't be able to find a way home and be stuck another night. ( I realize they do this because they want you to try and stay, but holding someone hostage is not a great practice). The only positive thing I have to say is the community of paitents at the time was an extremely supportive one, but other than that be prepared for the worst detox experience of your life.

Unfortunately this place must be going downhill in 2021... They give each person 1 towel for their whole stay, so everything smells of mildew. There is 4 to a room and nowhere for a moment of silence or privacy! Especially do NOT detox here, it is completely mixed with the rehab, loud and embarrassing. Please read over your luggage papers before signing!! The WORKERS STOLE 100$ from me! And didn't document my ID and Benefit card. IF YOU SIGN YOUR PAPERS WITHOUT COMPLETELY CHECKING THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU, or possibly misplacing which is very unprofessional. AND THE RULES SAY THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN THINGS EVEN BY STAFF. BE AWARE!

I know someone who is interested in attending your center. The only problem is that he has no insurance at the moment. Does the center take Medicaid and can someone assist him in getting what he needs?

On Saturday but you have to have been there a week. They also have a family day session and I'm not sure about that day.

So what are the visiting days and hours

VivaLa Grenade | Sep 29, 2019

Saturdays, your family comes and takes a little class and then they can spend a few hours with ya.

Can you make phone calls to loved ones while you are there

Sue Fiaschetti | Sep 29, 2019
VivaLa Grenade | Sep 29, 2019

Yes, for the first week you are there you are on something called a blck out period. You are there to focus on your recovery and they don't want you calling to try to get out a there lol. After that you get 1 phone call to family each week and also get to call family when you meet with your counselor as you progress through the 28 day program.
