Not even sure how to start. This guy showed so much couth. Super quick and efficient for the intricacies of the installation. He kept me reassured while also being understanding to the kids I had with me. All around amazing experience so far. Will update if there is a need to, however, I see this place as being my place for when my son starts driving.

Brandon goes above and beyond to deliver great service. This man is fast and efficient. Knows his stuff and is always nice to talk to. I drive all the way from Platte City , Missouri to do business at his shop. I have not had great service at the other Smart Start locations and Brandon is above all. There are always bumps and roads. But they seem quick to want to resolve issues. Will update after the removal on monday

Was with them for three years and everything went well. Quick install and removal. Never had glitches with the device. Can stay in car for calibrations. About as smooth as can be.
