I went here against my best judgement. The only reason I went to this location was because the other location towards Denbigh had a long wait time. Let me begin by saying the staff is rude. No greetings whatsoever. Which is fine, as long as you get my food right. Of course that wasn't the case. Initially got my thin crust pizza with 5 pieces upside down and smeared in the box. The Sam e,,@ young man handed it to me confidently like I wouldn't notice it. As soon as I noticed it I requested to have it redone by the manager. The manager just took the pizza no apologies whatsoever for the inconvenience or the condition of the pizza. After it was remade the same dude who handed me the pizza initially, tossed and slid the box on the counter with attitude. Requested a refund, the dude tried to get confrontational, so the manager came and refunded my money back to the card. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THIS AINT IT!

Ordered almost 100. In pizza and breadsticks. 5 orders of breadsticks fit in one bag. And the pizza was horrible. Tried calling because. Thats a lot of money for not good food. And they kept hanging up on me. The long ones are of the only long breadsticks we got. And the others are what we got. Also asked for extra pram and butter. Didn't get it. This is a terrible place and will never go back. Hopefully getting a hold of management tomorrow to rectify this.

Ran out for pizzas for the fam. We had ordered ahead expecting them to be ready when we got there because it's about a 15 min trip one way. Turns out there was a line, so we had to wait, and then when we were next... well we still had to wait for a few minutes. The pizza was good, but it felt like it defeated the purpose of ordering in advance if the wait is still going to be excessive.

I enjoy the Deep Deep Dish pizza and it's always good. My favorite item, the Crazy Bread is sub-par, on verge of inedible. I worked for them many years ago and the key is the garlic butter sauce and parmesan. 97% of the time they are cold and dry.😔
