Great exercise programs, most machinery in gym unusable so I stopped going to work out there for that reason. Hopefully they fixed that issue since. Also be wary of getting a facial there. My grandma just had a very bad experience with a rushed facial and her face was burning with too hot of towels. She couldn't breathe with the heat of towels on her face. She still paid and gave tip but I hope she goes back and is refunded.

Rented the pool for a small party. Spacious pool, shade over the pool and it came with a life guard. Had a blast!

Fitness Oasis has many options for seniors. We are participants of the Silver Sneakers Program. Our Fit and Fun classes were developed for seniors
Opens at 8am closes at 9pm Monday thru Thursday. Friday 8am to 7pm. Saturday 8am to 1pm.
Classes for seniors with limited activity...low impact
