We got lucky when we parked, didn't need to wait and found a spot pretty close to the front. When we picked it up, there were a few people waiting for spots to open. Very convenient though and maybe a 5 min walk to the border crossing.

I parked one night during the week for $5. Good security. Walk to the border crossing is 3 blocks to the left. Border crossing bldg is near the Greyhound bus station @ First Street & Rockwood Ave.

24 hrs. It is paid when leaving with a vehicle. Weekends fills up in the evenings.
You can pay per month are 100 dls. A month you can go to pay one day before it is due. Days can go by and there is no problem you have to pay those days and catch up. And you pay again per month. And there you take it. I know of people who do not pay for up to two months and come and catch up. I hope the information has served you. Luck
The walk is about ten minutes to the border, maybe less. I've never timed myself. I just know I get there quick. And you can get a taxi once you cross; they're there right away asking if you need a ride. Prices vary by taxi. It shouldn't be more than 65 pesos. So don't let them hustle you. Some even charge 45 pesos.
I don't know. Never saw any vehicle that big. It is a dirt lot, tight isles.
