I called mid-week and scheduled an appointment for repair work the following Monday. I provided my contact information, the car make, model, and year as well as a description of the issue to be fixed. They're closed on Sunday so I left the vehicle in the lot, left a a note restating the issue and my contact information. I then left the keys in the key drop as I would with any other mechanic I've used. On Monday I hadn't heard from them so I called at 3:45 to see if the repair would be complete that day or they needed more time. I was told they hadn't looked at it because they couldn't verify the work that needed to be done. They then blamed me for not also attaching my contact information and issue description to the keys. There was no attempt made to contact me for further clarification and it was clear nobody checked the appointment notes or the note left clearly visible on the vehicle's dashboard. I picked up my vehicle, expressed my disappointment, and told them their service was awful. I'm sure I came off as rude due to my frustration with being ignored and then blamed for it as well. Regardless, I will not be returning and I suggest other's find a better place to take their vehicles.

My daughter has had some repairs done at this shop since moving away from home and starting her career in KC. They have always been upfront and honest with her. Much appreciated from a parents view that she has a trusted place to take her car to be diagnosed and repaired!! Thank You for taking care of her!!
