I have travelled all over the world and been to HD dealerships all over Europe and this is one of the best dealerships! Emma went out over her way to help me pick up new gloves, a shirt and special ordered a leather vest for me that arrived two working days later! She called me and I stopped in after work to get it, no worries, no issues. She is very helpful and insightful with a bright personality that serves Worth HD well. I also had the pleasure of speaking with Phil "Kid Rock" last Saturday and again today. He is one of the most positive minded people I have met in a long time. He is extremely knowledgeable and understands the bikes he is talking to you about. He gets down to a personal level and listens. He had all the answers to my Road Glide platform questions vs the Ultra Limited. We went for a test ride on multiple types of roads that and led to fun curvy route so I could get the full feel for the bike. He left me wanting the 2021 Road Glide Limited I test road (perfect color, blacked out, fused handlebars). Hell of a salesman, regardless if my wife lets me upgrade or not (for now).
