Took forever to get our order. Got two power bowls in the drive thru to eat in the parking lot. When we looked at them there was no black beans. Went back inside to ask why and was told they had none. Why were we not told this upon ordering so we could decide if we still wanted it and it wouldn't seem like an oversight?? Won't be back to this location.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. EVERYTHING was dirty. The bathroom, the floors, the table, the chairs, and the countertops around the drink station and trashcans. The soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work. So you know nobody was washing their hands. I noticed the person making food wearing gloves at least. I overheard the people who got their food before me go back to the counter and complain about the tacos being stale. When I received mine they were stale as well. Two stars because the staff was friendly.

Seriously, HOW do you run out of cooked hamburger??? It isn’t that they don’t have hamburger, they just ran totally out before cooking more!!! How do you even stay in business?? 22 minute wait for them to even cook hamburger before they can even make an order that includes it. Pathetic! Do better Taco Bell, do better!!!

Lobby is never open!! Mexican pizza is back BUT it was terrible. Not the same shell and meat had a awful taste. What a waste.

Its either increadably busy or my order is incorrect. Other times, there are only 3 people workong at a time, and 2 are throwing food at eachother.
