Booked a campsite online as they were just built in June of 22. We got #10 site. Get all hooked up and the electric throws the breaker repeatedly. No phone number, no camp host and $34 a night to basically boondock. Site is also unlevel. Looks beautiful, but poor planning and no way to get help ruins our first and probably only trip to Wisconsin.

We needed to have some RV repair done on our motorhome as we were traveling last week and the work was being done by Bayside Outdoors which is located just NW of Green Bay, WI. Excellent small RV repair and sales site and this was our second time there in three years traveling in the area from Florida. Matt, the sales manager, told us about Brown County Reforestation Campground that had just opened in June of 2022 and we went on line and booked a pull threw full hook up site for one night. Everything is done on line and my recommendation to Brown Co. was that they needed a phone number if those that made a reservation needed additional information. The area has a huge paved parking lot, concession area, climbing wall, many bike and hiking trails and the campground is spacious and open with approximately 50 sites with half having 30/50 amp electric, sewer and water. All that information is found online and you pick the site that you would like. There is a 3/4 mile gravel road to the campground, all sites seem level and they are open. Great campground for a few nights in Green Bay or a vacation with the kids. Would give it a B and would recommend. We travel in a 38' motor home with a tow can and had no trouble pulling into our 80' level site.

We took a walk on the hiking trails around by the new camp grounds. Well kept trails and nice scenery, too.

Wonderful Trails. Loop for skiing at night. Typically well-groomed and well-maintained. Also has mountain bike trails for the summertime.
