I bought a battery lawn mower. Never again!! They gave me an already charged charger. After mowing, it doesn't want to hold its charge for only 20 -30 minutes. Now they tell me to buy another 200.00 battery just in case. I called asked for a trade or money back. They said no since it's under warranty. I thought what???!!!

I wasn't very impressed. I purchase an item from one Ace Hardware and this Ace Hardware can't service it? The Kearney Ace Hardware would work and repair anything you brought to their service shop no matter what brand. Do Better !

LOVE coming in here every chance I get!! We prefer to keep our dollars local where we are treated with respect! The staff here are knowledgeable all around and if they don't have the info, they TAKE you directly to someone who does...they don't leave you hanging! Need a special order, they do their best to make it happen! Not sure which lawn equipment to buy, go chat with them, they explain the different options, find out YOUR situation, and help you choose the best one for you. Hands down, the best hardware store customer service experience ever!!

Yes. Even some high security keys, although some manufacturers require service calls for their models. Call the store and ask them specifically about your make and model and they can tell you for sure before you go to the store.
Yes, we do. Keep in mind spring is one of the busiest seasons for repairs so there is a long line of mowers to be repaired and we are getting to each one as quickly as possible. What brand of mower do you own?
We sell Craftsman hand and power tools. We honor the lifetime warranty on hand tools but only to Ace Rewards members (a customer rewards program). We do not service Craftsman power tools.

I know the rent some equipment but I'm not sure if generators is one of them
