I was referred to MEC, Dr Pingle by my previous eye dr for treatment of dry eye. The staff is always friendly and has addressed any needs/emergency that I have had. Dr Pingle is the same. Very patient and explains everything in plain English. I feel that I am in good hands. Highly recommend! After reading couple posts, I agree the selection and assist for glasses is lacking. I bought my glasses elsewhere.
