It is a great spot for coffee and to hang out, an okay place for working but the AC was blasting when we were there. It was coooold.

I would agree with Daniel and Clifton. It's never been too noisy for a good convo with friends or clients.
As far as I am aware, they do, as well as social and economic responsibility
