My son and I rented a canoe last week. The girl who helped us was awesome. The guy who dropped us off was nice too. The experience was fun and the scenery was beautiful. For $40 including the drop off for 2 people was a good deal too.

Yes, that is the transport fee so they'll drive you and your tube to the put-in area and then you float back to the campground. The put-in area is another campground/private property, so yes you need to take their ride if you want to put-in the river at the same place.
The internet is very weak, on the positive side; you will have so many other things you can do, it wont matter :)
Tube rentals and kayak rentals are a totally separate deal from the campground
They do have it. Im not sure how much. It smells yummy
