We Ordered food. The staff gave us the wrong food and took it back in with an open taco, and thrown in a bag. The staff proceeded to ask what was wrong with it. One, it's not our order. Two staff yelling and cussing at one another. One staff punching boxes of supplies. Manager asked what was wrong and told him the problem, then we asked him for a refund, and the staff said when we get all the cars through the drive-through. A female staff member finally refunded us: worse customer service, poor management, and lack of respect for the customer.

This place I avoid now either their lobby is closed or they mess up my order I prefer the Gladstone location over this

I hear she's a real loser anyway. You should definitely ask someone else who's opinion would even matter to you.
They wear masks, they wear gloves, after your food is in the bag through the drive-thru they put a sticker on it which I'm not 100% what that's for.Sometimes they will put your bag on a tray and hand it back to you on a tray so the employee or customer has to get to close to one another so they're trying to social distance even at the drive-thru. Other than that I have never went inside since the covid issue
They would have gladly exchanged the incorrect order for the mistake, ive never heard of an additional $1.20 for any beef add on!?
