I don't know what's going on in this location but it is not right. I'm guessing they close when they want to or maybe they don't have workers who knows. But it definitely needs to be shut down and remodeling like the one on wornall. Get to the drive thur heard a whole conversation that I'm sure I didn't need to hear. Customer service is gone. Seems like they get slower and slower every time.

Waited to order in the drive thru for 10 minutes. That was with me being at the intercom. The whole parking lot was empty and the people who had already ordered were gone. The line behind me was a different story, it reached the street. They only had one lane open so I really don't know what they were doing.

At night is thee worst time to go to any fast food but yes especially McDonald's. Honestly it's them fries they serve at night for me 🤢
Over never been in, but I've always received good customer service from the driver thru. I've not gotten the impression that it's disgusting or gross. 🙁
If it's 24 hours, how come when I went there the other night around 2 a.m. to pick up an Uber Eats delivery; they said they were closed until 5a.m.?
