Definitely an excellent place to take care of your health. Very good personal attention, Alejandra is super friendly! Although all of them have very good customer service. The doctor who gives me the treatment is very kind! I didn't think that on the 3rd day of treatment I would feel so good! Thanks a lot.. highly recommended

Chiropractic is a licensed health care profession that emphasizes the body's ability to heal itself. Treatment typically involves manual therapy, often including spinal manipulation. Other forms of treatment, such as exercise and nutritional counseling, may be used as well.
They let you choose what kind of payment method is best for you, either pay the days you go or over a course of time
No you do not. Give our office a call at 816-200-7104 and let us find a time that works best for you to come in.
When you leave feeling sore, you may wonder if your adjustment succeeded, but this is completely normal! There's no need to be concerned if you feel worse following your appointment; the good news is that the soreness will normally go away within 24 hours.
Many people are surprised to learn that regular visits to a chiropractor can not only enable you to lose weight, but they can also be instrumental in helping you to keep the weight off and live a longer, healthier life.
The answer to this question is not as straightforward as it seems. It has to do with the severity of the symptoms and other factors. If you are experiencing pain and discomfort, then you should be evaluated by a chiropractor. If you are experiencing a lot of back or neck pain, then it is recommended that you see a chiropractor. You may also want to go if you have had an injury that has not healed properly or if your spine has been misaligned for a while. However, if your back or neck pain is mild and only comes on occasionally, then it is best to speak with your doctor first before going to see a chiropractor.
Hi Jessica! We have many people who use the HSA or Flex Spending Accounts!
Yes! We see many children in our office with a multitude of health concerns, along with some very healthy children whose parents want to help them grow into healthy adults!
Yes! In our office we use specific technology to allow us to assess your spine. We are able to get a gauge on how the nervous system is functioning along with how the muscles along the spine are working. We also have x-ray on site which allows us to see the exact structure of your spine.
One of our main goals is to make care affordable and accessible. When you come in we will take a copy of any insurance that you have to see what type of coverage it offers. Anything that is not covered by your insurance we are able to use our federal discount program for.
No! Here at Paramount Health we use a very gentle adjusting technique. This allows us to be specific with your care and allows for there to be less inflammation in the body. Some folks may feel a bit sore after an adjustment, however this is very short lived and often remedied with some ice.
When you come in we will get you fully assessed to determine what type of care you are in need of. Until we can see exactly what is going on with your health it is hard to predict, however chiropractic care is often recommended for a bulk of the patients that come into the office.
Like a master carpenter has many tools in his tool belt. The doctors at Paramount Health do as well, they are able to utilize a variety of adjusting techniques to ensure you are getting the care you need.
Yes! And it is highly recommended that you do! Dr. John has advanced training in what is called Webster's technique through the ICPA. This allows him to work directly with the round ligaments that help support the uterus and growing baby.
Definitely! The doctors in our office are able to deliver specific, gentle care to the injured areas. They all have extensive training in the care of the cervical spine post accident and post whiplash.
We see many athletes in our office. We know that with repetitive high impact actions it can create a lot of strain on specific joints in the body. We focus on improving the body so it can keep your moving in the direction of your goals!
At this time we have an excellent neuropathy program for those who qualify, along with a digestive health reset program!
Not at this time, however, that is something we will be adding within the next six months.
We do! When you come in, bring a copy of your insurance, we will see what it covers, what it doesn't and for anything it does not cover we have a discount program for! Our goal is to always make care affordable for families
That is a great question! Until we meet you, we can get you assessed and see exactly what is going on with your health we donβt know. Any other answer would just be a guess! Let us know when works best for you and we can find a great time for you to come in.
Nope! We see people in our office for a variety of health issues, from functional concerns (digestive system, colic, reflux, extremity pain etc.) to those who are not experiencing any pain whatsoever but want to maintain a higher level of health!
We do! Once you come in, we can chat about what health issues you are currently experiencing and from there determine the best course of action!
The benefits of chiropractic are many and varied. Chiropractors have been known to help with back pain, neck pain, headaches, and even ear infections. Chiropractors are trained to diagnose the cause of your problem and treat it accordingly. They use a variety of techniques to help you feel better including adjustments, massage therapy, electrotherapy, and nutritional counseling. A chiropractor will typically begin by asking a series of questions about your medical history and current symptoms in order to determine the cause of your problem and how best to treat it.
Yes, chiropractic adjustments are safe. Chiropractors are highly trained professionals who know how to safely and effectively adjust the spine. When done properly, chiropractic adjustments can help relieve pain and improve function. It is safer than medical treatment, and safer than crossing the street.
Trauma to soft tissues causes micro-tears in the muscles. In turn, the muscles constrict (shorten) to minimize their movement by immobilizing nearest joint. Joints donβt get much blood supply, because if blood vessels would run through the joint, they would get crushed each time the joint would close. This includes the intervertebral disc spaces. Most joints get their nutrients via synovial sacs. Synovial fluid is basically filtered blood. Itβs more permeable when thereβs negative pressure in the joint (when the joint opens). Since the injured muscles are limiting joint motion, the structures within the joint start to atrophy due to decreased nutrient supply (use it or lose it). Try sitting completely still for 5 minutes. Itβs very difficult and unpleasant. Your joints need motion. The Chiropractor adjusts the fixated joint. When you hear or feel that pop, it means that the joint opened up and released some gas bubbles from the synovial sac. When the joint opens, it creates negative pressure within the joint, and the synovial sac filters in more nutrients and lubricant for the joint.
Chiropractic care is used for acute injuries and symptoms, ongoing maintenance care, and it helps promote better overall health and an improved quality of life. One of the things that draws patients to chiropractic is that it offers an alternative to drugs or invasive procedures. There are prenatal chiropractic which provides many benefits to both mom and fetusβ overall health.
Every person and every case is different. We will not know how much it will cost until the doctor has had a chance to evaluate your findings, history and determine what care you will need. It is important for us to keep care affordable.
Hello Carolyn! We accept all insurances, when you come in we will do a complimentary benefits check to see what is covered and what isn't so you know!
