Our family loves The Mark-It. Locally owned. The staff are always professional and helpful. Anytime a holiday sneaks up on me - I know I can count on the Mark-It for quality work/products with a fast turnaround. Items I have purchased: Door Mat with family initials, wood cutting board, MWSU sparkle tumbler, and countless apparel items. If you are looking for specialty items - this is the "go to" place.

RED MAN

If you are looking for mediocre products and mouthy management this is the place for you. Well when you have children running there mouth I guess you get what you get. When you ask for what belongs to you they will argue with you until you are upset. Don't bother asking for a receipt (as you would for any product you would purchase) "oh we don't have those". I mean how do you run a business and cannot produce a receipt, unless you are hiding something from the IRS My recent order was wrong so yes I will be taking my business some where else you are not the only business in town. When a real business man enters your facility and is spending there money he (or she) looks for respect from the staff as well and the owner, something you seem to not have a grasp of. I was told by two of your staff members I would have my art work returned to me and I was argued with about its return, yes anyone would be upset when they are lied to. Good luck to you in your further endeavors I will not be spending any more of my money with your company.
