typically this is my all time favorite dominos. used to be good service and good food...but not so much anymore. i ordered 3 separate orders of plain Buffalo wings and when they got here they were covered in ranch, cheese, and other random things like pineapple etc when I called dominos and spoke to the manager MARK he was absolutely rude and unprofessional...said he would have to recharge us because THEY GOT THE ORDER WRONG then proceeded to swear at us and hang up the phone. Whoever owns this dominos needs to fire mark, he will be the death of your business. So now we are sitting here dinnerless and with no solution to wasting almost $50 on food that was NOT what we ordered. I will never come back to this dominos. You have lost a life long costumer . I also strongly suggest you look into getting a new manager, I have never been treated with such disrespect asking for a restaurant to correct THEIR mistake. Absolutely appalling

You just lost a devoted customer. The website was not allowing my order, was acting like the restaurant was closed and I could schedule a delivery for another time. I called the restaurant and obviously annoyed the guy that answered. I asked about the website and was quickly ask do you to order, I asked if I was supposed to be using the website, he promptly dismissed me with a “call back when you have an order”…click I understand it is probably very busy tonight, but staffing people to cover phone calls courteously on nights like this will prevent people like me from staring at my phone unable to believe I just got hung up on! I should add, had the website been updated to match the google page hours open, none of this would have happened

They need to do better. This was my first time ordering pizza since COVID After my 45 minutes round trip in to pick up the pizze, I opened the box and it had pepperoni and black olives. I checked the receipt and it was for the pizza I ordered, one with cheese and mushrooms. We don't eat meat so no pizza for us tonight. I bet the other people were disappointed with our pizza. It's too bad, too. It looked like very well made pizza. I can't comment on the taste. Please remember to double heck what you are getting to prevent your own disappointing evening.
