The woman that answers the phone is unbearably rude. Didn't even come close to answering any questions. When I finally print it out the application and go in to submit it in person she literally got up and walked away from the office while I was trying to ask her questions. Wouldn't schedule an appointment with me, told me I had to call and schedule one over the phone lol. Why couldn't I schedule an appointment right then in person? Why didn't she tell me I needed to schedule an appointment during any of the 5 times I talked to her on the phone before? She should absolutely be fired!

We bought a property that was paid in full. We went to sell the property and it is saying there is a lien to the Kansas City Land Bank that needs resolved. They do not make loans. Scratches head

Been calling for 3 going on 4 days now to find out if a property I wanted to buy 3 days ago has a lien from them on it still, multiple calls later no help no answer to questions just keep getting told to call a person who can’t answer his phone

I called with a very simple question for one of my clients. My question was if a vacant piece of land they owned next to a house is for sale. They referred me to their website to fill out an application... why would I or my client fill out an application when they haven't even purchased the house yet because they are waiting to hear if the land next to it is able to be purchased? She said she'd give me a call back and when I asked for a general time frame to be expecting a call back she said when I get to it and hung up. Very rude.

No they have a process that involves filling out an application. It's worth the trouble my friend.
A title report is the best way to obtain that information. There are multiple local companies that can assist you. Land Bank does not provide that service. However the property taxes have been cleared as part of the Land Bank process.
