We visited Miles of Smiles for the first time after failing to receive any sort of communication from my daughters' assigned dentist office. The team here answers the phone quickly and provides all necessary information in a clear and concise way. Our wait time was minimal. The entire process of cleaning and even a special concern with my oldest was accomplished in a very quick manner and both girls said that the process was super easy. The team had clear suggestions and answers with how to handle our special issue. On top of that the facility was extremely clean and welcoming. I have worked with our insurance to make this the regular dentist going forward.

Great doctor, awful assistant. The assistant was condescending, aggressive and not comforting for kids. If you’re working in an environment that is for kids, you need to be understanding with them. My child was afraid of her. My child’s vest was down way below his chest during his X-ray. She was not careful with any of what she did; randomly placing his bib, not putting the patient first at all. This is a safety issue. There has to be changes done with this for there to be standard practice that puts patients first. My appointment was at 2:40 today and I hope the professional staff can take good measures in helping overcome simple and common sense ways of making someone feel welcome. Otherwise, dentist was highly professional at what she did.

Do not go here, I am warning you, I have to go to another dentist, get my teeth fixed because of their mistake like one of them, the feelings that connected 2 of my teeth, and I told a lady, it feel weird, and she said, there's nothing wrong with it. the second two, for I can not eat on my side right side of my mouth anymore because the tooth have a crack in it and I think when the guy was messing with my tooth by clinking it really hard with the tool he had in his hand, probably cracked it even more. And still, please do not bring your kiddos, your grandparents, anyone here, if they are your worst enemy, you can do that.

Myself and my children had a great experience at Miles of Smiles! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend bringing your kiddos here!
