Staff (Sydni N) was rude and unhelpful. They didn't offer to transfer, setup, or even put the Sim card in and turn it on. If I didn't need a phone immediately I wouldn't have done busy with that store. I was the only customer in the store the entire time I was there, there were 2 employees.Hi Angelia! Really bad service when customers are giving you the account number to pay a bill and you don't listen and put the money on the wrong account and you asked to put the money back on your card and they say the computer won't let you do it and …Hi Maria!
