The reason why i said it was ok the female seem to be moving slow and the guy was working hard but the onky issue i have with the guy was he needs to wear a mask that fits his face because thw one he wears left up when he talks.

So, the quality of taste was great. I've never been disappointed by the taste of the subs. However, the woman at the register had knowingly added items on the receipt that were NOT ordered. Adding a whole extra sub, and extra drinks onto an already large order. Myself and my training class had gone in all together as our instructor was kind enough to buy us all 11 of us lunch. Apparently it happens quite often with his classes and I've noticed a lot if other people complaining about similar issues. I would call it a simple mistake because of the large group, but we went one by one as to not cause confusion. The gentleman there was very quick and accurate from what all had said, but the woman there was the one working register and toppings, so she knows exactly what came up. So, I don't understand how it could be a "mistake" if she watched and helped make each sandwich and counted as she went. ESPECIALLY hearing and reading that it happens often. Our instructor said he's not too worried about it, but at the same time.. it's the principal of the situation in general. That's not cool. You're making a good profit off the large group and still do something like that. It's greed and selfishness. Quality food, not a quality employee/owner.

The owner was the only one working, and was accurately busting orders down. I think the prices were high compared to other subways in the area, but this one is 24 hours so maybe that's why. Give it a try if you passing through, i recommend.

I’ve -HAD- a ton of great experiences at this subway in the past but it is exclusively with one hard worker who has since moved on/doesn’t work there anymore. I live close by and now it’s definitely not what it used to be, turning almost completely 180. Most of the other staff I’ve encountered always seem irritated to be there. It advertises 24hours but is never open nights- even on weekends sometimes. Have had to cancel multiple online orders from grub hub after they’ve already “successfully” been placed because they had an open sign on, light on, google says open, but no one taking orders inside. I’d give it a worse review if not for that wonderful ex-employee. He was literally some of the best customer service I’ve ever seen. I hope to see a come around, a 24subway Is a great option and in such a great location. Really disappointed but here hoping.
