Waited over 25 minutes with barely anyone in store. I inquired about my order, only to find out that staff gave my food to the person who ordered after me. Asked for a refund...because at that point I didn't have the time to wait for a new sandwich and had wasted my entire lunch break. Staff struggled to refund me the correct amount. Had to return to store and correct employees twice on the right amount I should have been refunded which made me late returning to work. One star is generous considering the pitiful customer service here. Avoid this place!

It's a shame that it says closes at 9 and at 8pm they have stopped talking orders.. This is the reason I will never come back here again and had a nerve to be rude on top of it.. 2-21-22

This place use to be so good. But now it has taken a turn for the worse, the bread is always old and my order has been wrong the last two times that I went. I really love firehouse and now I have to drive all the way to the other side of town to get a sub because this location is the worse. They need to shut it down. Idk what happened but it has took a complete 360 and a once really good place for a sub is now the worse…

This is the slowest and worst Firehouse I have been to. I have been 3 times. The last time, I was left standing at the register with 4 people working. They did not take my order or even acknowledge my presence.
