You always have the choice whether or not to use an agent. First let's differentiate an Agent from a Realtor. First, a Realtor ® is committed to a higher level of ethics and business practices, and has access to a wide network and pool of data to help you make the BEST decisions for your transaction. As for why use a professional instead of selling For Sale By Owner? * 80% of homes do not make it to closing with the original terms in a contract. An agent works for YOUR benefit to keep the transaction working in your BEST favor. * You have a full time job - this is mine. I dedicate my time to ensuring your LEGALLY BINDING CONTRACTS are filled out correctly, filed correctly, and communicated effectively. * I have no bias to your home when it comes to selling and can always give you an honest opinion of condition, price, and selling tactics. Some homes need a bit of loving to get the top dollar, and sometimes that's hard to see from the inside * Marketing is my JAM!
Above all, using a Realtor or agent is going to ensure you get TOP DOLLAR for your investment or home. First and foremost, you NEED an expert to market your home - the wider the net, the bigger the prospects, all means more offers. That's competition baby! Secondly, professional photos go a long way. Taking photos from a cell phone just doesn't cut it in this day of tech advancement. Thirdly, there are a few home projects that you can work on that could improve your home's worth, which I'd love to discuss with you based on your home's current condition. Lastly, a professional negotiator, and someone who fully understands the contracts/process. I am here to knock all that out of the water!
