Endless Summer
Pharmacy doesn't answer phones, and you can't leave any messages. because mailbox is full. Its a problem, due to low staff.

Worst Pharmacy Ever. Unhelpful, Non caring, disconnected and they have tons of staff behind the desk with the worst customer service. Once I was told they couldn’t help me with my RX because people with vaccine appts. took precedence. They made me wait to help me until all were vaccinated and done. Isn’t the Publix RX suppose to be helpful while you shop? Only reason to use this RX is for free blood pressure pill and the service is so bad it’s not even worth it. The lady pharmacist is decent, the guy pharmacist is so unfriendly and unhelpful.

Very helpful. It must be difficult with corona, scared and pushy clients, now giving vaccines on top of their day to day duties. I have been desperately trying to get my one and only prescription filled from the horrendous 'mail in' my Cigna forces me to. I have been out for days despite doing what I'm supposed to, yet the Pharmacy at Publix in Pinecrest got it done in hours as opposed to weeks from mail in or Walgreens which has shut down their pharmacy. Thanks Publix Pinecrest pharmacy. A+

I’ve been a loyal customer at this publix for 9 years. Called more than three times throughout the past few days and never got hold of anyone. It says to leave a voicemail but it hangs up right after. Went into the store to ask questions and were extremely rude.
