I've been here for almost a month, and I love it! It's peaceful & quiet! The landlord and maintenance guys are nice and sweet. They make sure everything gets repaired if broken, and it's overall great. 5 stars

This place is trashy and dirty and the trailers need to be condemned. I have had several friends live out here and every one of them moved quickly. Oh and drugs drugs drugs and the law is non stop out their. Stay away is my recommendation

You may not want to rent here. The landlord wont fix anything when asked. You may be better renting somewhere else.
