Candlewood Suites Alabaster, an IHG Hotel

Top Notch establishment! I travel the country for work, so I have stayed in all sorts of hotels. Candlewood is the best for a extended stay. The price is never the lowest on the market and there's a reason why. IHG hotels are always in good places, either pretty safe areas of that town if not in the safest areas so you don't have to worry about your belongings or vehicles. The services they offer you cant get other places. The pantry always has home essentials and a verity of snacks and drinks as well. That section was about Candlewood in general. Now let me tell you about this hotel in Alabaster. The staff is beyond nice, management is on point with questions or concerns. Pets are allowed! The pantry has most basics you want, a snack or if you need Laundry detergent. The rooms are not only clean, they look brand new! Since Covid lots of hotels no longer do cleaning services while the room is occupied. This location does. If you have questions, concerns or suggestions on the room the staff and management is always there to listen. I highly recommend this location for your stay.

Overall, this place is a great location and the cleanliness, amenities, staff and facility is top notch. Not sure why hotels are fairly expensive in the area, but compared to the other place, the location was great as it was near entertainment and shopping.

I have been coming to this location for years and the staff are friendly the rooms clean and comfortable and the hot water is awesome after a long day on the road...the little store is stocked at all time. I really love the fact that Walmart is just down the hill along with a variety of restaurants and fast food places.

We had an awesome experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Our room was fantastic and relaxing. There was a dog show in town and the hotel was packed with guests & dogs. However, you would never know. The dogs were quiet & the owners were very respectful. I would certainly recommend this location and we will be staying again in the future when we are traveling through.
