Rooms were dirty, roaches EVERYWHERE! I killed 4 within 3 min of walking in. I stayed 2 hours and left. This place wasn't like this years ago. Motel 6 would have been better than this. I didn't even bother with a refund based on other reviewers. The Indian Housekeeper so rude

Never go to this hotel. This is a warning. I was misplaced due to Ida. I slept in my clothes because the bed looked like it never was changed just made up. There were bugs on the floor. The hair dryer didn't work. The shower was disgusting. They had items a guest before me left in the room on the bed. A hour of being in the room I cancelled the whole reservation. My kids asked to sleep in the car because they were uncomfortable. One of the beds had a bed bug in it. Broken wall picture frames hanging. I never in my life went through this with a hotel before.

The price was good and the guy at the front desk was really nice. The rooms are always clean and very presentable. I always stay here and I’ll be back soon.

Front desk agent very good, had to to switch room because non smoker, the room was okay but outdated looks, sheets has stains, comforter had cigarette burning about 6” not sure why couldn’t be seen, someone knocked on my door at midnight, tv didn’t worked, they had only coffee but no creamer and straw and lids and cold. Agent offered me straws etc…
