Upon arrival I was able to check in early. That was Very amazing due to the fact our temperature here was in the triple digits. We was welcomed by the staff with a wonderful upbeat attitude. This was my second time staying at this location and I will be back. Thank you all at Sleep Inn in Bessemer for making our stay trouble free.

I usually love sleep inn and I no that no place is perfect,this place is a disaster.besides being lied to by a very nice to ur face lady about my choice rewards membership, can's an can nots,I kindly brought to there attention a coffee pot in the room with enough mold to make the whole family sick I will post pictures if they allow,( I never asked or said anything about it just chalked it up until they charged me and my service dog 35 dollars immediately after I brought the coffee pot down and told them that there was trash under the chairs an table more mold growing in the vent of one of the air conditioner , and besides the the out side outside our 2nd floor window the night person allowed a 15 person party disturbe us until 4a.m. in the morning an then explain to me I had no right to be upset that she was sorry,after I left charged my roo twice and am still trying to figure out the how. They did this charged me 145 and after I left 180 so my CC HAS TWO CHARGES SHOWINGS,I am still try to reach corporate to work this out but I feel like it was personal attack on me and my family ,and my service dog,for bringing a moded coffee pot an pointed out there neglected room I have pictures and will try to upload them for you all to see

My family stayed there on March 11th and 12th they left on the 12th, and my son forgot his air pods there, my father called the front desk and they verified that yes the cleaning staff did find the air pods and they would keep them in the managers office, they did say that the manager would be gone that weekend so the office was locked and we understood that but ever since then we have been calling, leaving messages our phone number several times, and we even went by there to pick the air pods up, but we keep getting told that the manager isn't in, the office is locked, and we can't get in. We have received no call backs from anyone so the cleaning staff was honest when they turned the air pods in to the front desk because the woman we spoke with said yes we have them, but ever since that day no one will call us or even speak with us about how we can get the air pods back. We want the air pods back! I'm not understanding what is going on, why can't we get in contact with a manager to get them? We are running out of options and my 13 year old son would like his air pods back! Can someone please contact us so we can get them back!

My wife and I love staying here the rooms are nice beds are awesome and the chick that works the front desk is super sweet and super helpful. I recommend this hotel the most out of the choices in Bessemer. Always quiet and always has a guard on duty to make sure of it
