This store is in the heart of downtown mostly accessible by foot. Good store, service is usually prompt and friendly. My only gripe would be that they don't carry everything that a normal, maybe, busier store would. They do not carry nitro cold brew and rarely have all the sandwiches they have advertised, which, is kind of odd. Why would you have them in your display case if you seem to have no intent on keeping them stocked? They have also installed combination locks on the restroom doors which is a pain of you need to use the restroom. You have to get the combination before walking to and getting into the restroom. I'm not sure why they have done this as I've personally never seen a reason to. I frequent the store often and have never seen any homeless or otherwise undesirable clientele. Overall a good store for those seeking that classic Starbucks coffee when downtown in Spartanburg.

Staff here are always cheerful and even with the staffing changes the drinks are always consistent. Definitely appreciated!

Best Starbucks in Spartanburg. The employees are ALWAYS pleasant and greet every single customer. I come here to study for hours at a time and all of the employees work hard and as a team to make sure the space is clean and the service is fast. These baristas know how to make a great cup of coffee. 10/10 across the board.

Hands down the best Starbucks around. Every time I go in there, there’s one cute red head always doing all the work while the other employees are just sitting or leaning against something. I feel so bad for her but she makes the best drinks!
