Staff is helpful & courteous. Dr always helps me with my allergic reactions & I get relief within hours. I'm grateful to get the help I need without going to emergency room.

My son has a high fever and I bought him here for a doctor check up because pediatric ain’t open today and I waited for two hours in a room no doctor no one came into see him . I finally came out of the room where I see all the staff talking to each other and laughing I said to the staff I’ve been here for two hours and no doctor a staff replied and said I wasn’t register I was like are you serious anyway the doctor told me he’d would be in within the next couple minutes I wait for almost 30 minutes, bare in mind I was the only patient there to see.. I just ask for a refund the doctor overheard and asked if I donot want to see him I replied and said I’m here two hours now and I need a refund.. never again

Was there for 2 hours for a couple test that should only take 15 mins each. I have a history of tonsillitis and Dr.Barry didn’t even bother to check my throat. And then as I left he began to laugh at the fact that I waited so long. So glad the me wanting to throw up and pass out was hilarious. Do yourself a favor and just schedule an appointment with your personal care provider.
