When you think health foods, you think boring, insubstantial, and tasteless. Well, this place will definitely prove you wrong! I had the Dragonberry Smoothie and the Mediterranean Wrap. They paired so well together! The fresh greens and vegetables, and I'm usually not a fan of olives, but they blend in perfectly with the other ingredients to produce a light and delicious harmony! The Dragonberry Smoothie was refreshing and light as well! It doesn't go overboard and give you that heavy feeling afterwards! The staff were all very knowledgeable and accommodating to allergy restrictions! Overall, this place gets a 5 out of 5! Go team!

One of the best places to grab a smoothie before working out or just to enjoy something good with friends. They have tons of healthy options, including tasty ingredients for people with dietary restrictions. People here are super nice, so don't be afraid to ask questions! They do have activated charcoal as an addition, so be aware how that may affect any medication before ordering a smoothie with that feature. If you have time to stop by, it will certainly be worth your while.

Absolutely delicious and healthy. It is worth heading to Downtown Spartanburg. My fave is the Chunky Monkey and Protein Balls. You can order online and have it ready when you get there.
