Horrible Quality- purchases Koi brand and after eating once had hole on it. Unprofessional person working at store said no exchanges. Would not reccommend this place for scrubs!

The store has many different brands, colors and sizes (plus size as well 😊). The girl working there (sorry, forgot her name) was very helpful . She asked if I needed any help or if she could help me find a specific size And color. I wanted to get to get my scrub set personalized with my school name but it was a bit on the pricey side . Other than that I had a very good experience . If you are on the look for scrubs then you should totally check this place out !!

Had the worst experience at this retail shop. The store manager i believe or something Reyna Chavez has the worst customer service. I had a issue which store worker couldnt help me. I asked to talk to person in charge the worker informed me that they are not allowed to give her name nor tell me when i can come speak with her. Very strange and unprofessional. I had to leave my info which she never called me i had to track her down to finally find out who she was. Once in contact with her she was very unhelpful and uncaring. I spent over $270 on scrubs and ended up getting different job where i wouldnt need scrubs ive worked retail i know policys in certain circumstances can be wavied. All scrubs were new selling condition with all tags she refused to give me money back knowing i know had no need to ever where them. Told me my only option was to sell gift cards which clearly i cant sell for full price. I accepted that since she clearly only cares about sells not helping customers out in my circumstance. So finally i drive out to get my store credit to try and sell and they have no gift cards to issue store credit which is ridiculous. At that point i addressed this being there own problem and the Fair thing to do at this point would be to refund my purchase. Of course the worker said she couldnt help me i had to go through Reyna Chavez who of course once i got hold her declined and said i have to wait until they get more gift cards gave me no dates and no worries to the fact that im driving from out of town to get to her store and the fact that i already went out my way 2times to this store to try and resolve this issue. I will tell everyone of my horrible experience here and just want to resolve this issue so i never have to deal with these type of people again. A company that only cares about sales and not there customer shouldnt be in the retail business. Horrible horrible experience.
