The shower power and being able to smoke in my room was the best. Along with the comfortable beds. They just need to remember some people come down from the north and their ears get clogged in the mountains making it hard to hear...instead of getting upset when someone didn't understand or hear something said.

Nothing like them pictures on their website unless is another hotel with same name,we came from out of town and don't think will come back to this place,dirty sheets and pillows not to mention the nasty smoke smell and the fleas all over the bed,one star because can't rate less

Claim that that it had coffee and tea in common lobby and 4.2 star rated... When arrived from Nashville, Tn the clerk was not in a good mood and seemed agitated for disturbing him. There was no coffee or tea. Minutes after stepping out of the car and on the common cement to the door it was wet and I on crutches had a serious fall and laid there a long time only inches from a property camera and no one came out to help me or call for medical care. After my wife asked several people for help someone from a room helped get me out of danger and into the room. I could not contact an ambulance because my insurance doesn't cover out of state hospital visits. And this morning when my wife went to get coffee...the lobby was locked...still no coffee or tea! This is the second worst hotel I have ever been in!
