Ordered a part online, scheduled for pickup 8 am Sat morning, not there at 8:00, not there at 10:00, not there at 2:00 when they tell me that a truck broke down less than 16 miles away. Two or three guys working, looks to be a slow business day(January, temperatures in the 30's)at least three delivery pickups sitting in the parking lot. So I suggest someone drive to pick up the stuff that was supposed to be delivered. Phillip was really good at talking AROUND that suggestion, saying things like "that's a really good idea, but the best I can do is have you speak to my manager when he comes in..." more than 3 hours later. Then he offers the District Manager phone number, I take down that number and spend 15 minutes dialing 73 different options and never get a real human, just 29 levels of voicemail hell. I never really liked O'Really(not a typo, that's what my buddy calls them)and like them even less now that they refused to go the extra mile for a customer. I wish I could give a negative star or even zero star review, but that's not an option.

There were three people working but only one was running the cash register. I could have used help but I found what I was needing after five minutes of looking. I stood in line behind one customer for over five more minutes. O'Reilly is never my first choice. Actually they have always been my Fifth choice but now I'll just go to the web if the first four don't have what I need.

Had check engine light come on driving by on the interstate. After waiting 10 minutes for service, the guy told me the machine was broken as I looked at 10 they had for sale. Went to Auto Zone in Duncan. No problem getting it checked.
