Horrible service and total waste of my time. Had colonoscopy at 1pm today scheduled and the Doctor, Mehrdad Asgeri, MD had 45 min delay turning into 5 hours+. 2 hours later they then tell me will be another three hours. Guess they could care less that i have been fasting over 24 hours and now have the worst migraine. I finally just canceled and left. Witnessed total greed and overbookings. Seems like medical field has turned into airline industry and have us handcuffed. Will not go back and done with the Dr and Mirage Endoscopy in Rancho Mirage. Zero stars and beware of long long waits/overbookings.

NEVER ENDING BILLING! Stomach problems for years. Finally wanted some answers. MAKE SURE TO PLAN AHEAD. Made an appointment in September. Wasn't seen til October. Surgery in December. Endoscopy and Colonoscopy Charges +$8,0000 Never had so little time or questions/concerns by a Doctor, Mehrdad Asgeri, MD. Even charged me $350 for a 2 min phone call that I waited 3 weeks for, just to tell me the biopsies came back normal and everything looks good. No further help, treatment, advice, suggestions, solutions, understanding etc. But, this review isn't about him. Long story short, I got no answers, but the bills just keep on coming and I am still experiencing the same symptoms and stomach problems. No further exams, tests, medications. THE WORST BILLING DEPARTMENT... after going over my insurance coverage on the 1st appointment and paying the total balance due upon my last... However, I keep on getting several bills months after. 3x already, I've been billed separately. Even wrote the department to let them know I wasn't happy about this. Which is why I am writing this review now in JUNE... nearly 6 months later, because for the 4th time, I just received ANOTHER bill for $5.36 (photo attached). If I get one more bill from these crooks, I am going to the BBB and really gonna give them my two cents, if they want it so bad.
