I placed an order with Denver Screen Print and when I went to pick it up, one of the words was incorrect. Amanda kindly took initiative to get that mistake promptly fixed, upgraded the t-shirts to a better material free of charge & then shipped them to me so I wouldn’t have to make a second trip to the shop. Even though I wasn’t on a razor-thin time crunch, Amanda was able to have the new shirts ready within 2 days - just absolute fantastic customer service after a forgivable mistake. I would totally recommend doing business with DSPE!!

Kelsey was a joy to work with- she was flexible with the many changes to the shirt design and once everything was finalized the shirts were ready in a matter of days. Stay as far away from this company as you can. Amanda charged a random number to my credit card that she appears to have kept on file after I refused to take 39/150 garments that the company flawed during production. I was very clear that I would not take or pay for flawed inventory after the test prints came back with ink and water marks. There is no contract between myself and this company, although Shane Katz claimed that I signed documents. I received an invoice, no terms, and paid said invoice prior to production. My inventory was sent directly to their facility from the manufacturer because they don't purchase this brand. Inventory was checked by Cory, Amanda, and myself prior to printing. Checked again by myself and shown to Shane after production. Shane denied that the the black smears on the garments were their fault. He refused to reimburse me for the loss in garment value or screen print value. Then I was charged a very large random amount, on a card that was used to pay for the initial invoice. BEWARE!

Denver Screen Print & Embroidery is outstanding with their service! Their staff is incredibly friendly and over the top efficient. They have made our program several hundred shirts within the past couple of months whilst keeping our staff entirely in the loop with the entire process of getting our shirts exactly how we want them to be!
