🚫🛑🖐️DO NOT MOVE HERE🚫🛑🖐️ water smells like rotten eggs. Maintenance never gets to you if you need something it'll take them weeks even years if you don't constantly call. Rules are so strict you can't even have toys, chairs, garbage cans, pools outside.

Do not move here. Nothing but problems. Bad water. Constantly shutting water off due to breaking the lines during construction. The septic is older than most people who live here and it smells like poop soup near the back 75% of the time. Management does not care about any of us. And Sun Communities Corporate is even worse.

This place is absolutely horrible, DO NOT MOVE HERE! My fiancé and I have been living here for a little while now and have had nothing but issues with our unit since moving in, dishwasher broke within the first week which is yet to be fixed, the management does not care about communicating anything other than the fact that the water was down multiple times over the last months. Put a notice to tow my vehicle that was parked in MY DRIVEWAY, was told they made many changes to their management and park when we originally toured but I will tell you the changes are not for the better. 0/10 would not live here if it was free, don’t waste your time like I did and move somewhere that will actually care about their tenants. The biggest issue with this place is the communication by far, they do not care about tenants enough to even give them a phone call no matter how urgent/large the issue is. Would rate 0 stars if possible.
