Sit in the store for over an hour and a half after being checked in just to be told they cant do anything because their system is down. Worst customer service in the industry on top of horrible coverage

Unknowledgeable employees. They didn't solve my problems and only they know customer service number. Which I know that number very well. *611. If I need to call customer service I don't go store and I can call on my coach.

This a good Verizon store. Everything we have been here everyone was very helpful we recently came in and got a new s22 ultra. They helped us install the screen protector and setup the phone perfect. They always have a good inventory also which is nice

My mom needed a new phone and not the top of the line. Barely told them what I needed and was sent to Best Buy. Ended up ordering phone off the Verizon site. Took it to the store on Epps Bridge Rd where I was told they are just a sales store and they could not help me get my moms phone activated and information transferred. What is the point of having a local store if they are unwilling to help their customers! Good thing AT&T still has reps willing to help their customers!
